RepFlowAi is a software tool that helps independent wellness distributors create lead-generation content and follow-up messaging, and that captures and nurtures leads on their behalf. We provide the software and automation only. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Zinzino or any other distribution company; references to such companies are descriptive only.
RepFlowAi is intended for use by people acting in a business or professional capacity (distributors), not consumers. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act for any business you represent.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must keep your account details (including contact and billing information) accurate and up to date.
RepFlowAi uses AI to help generate content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, even when it reads convincingly. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before you publish or send it, and for ensuring it is truthful and compliant. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI output, and AI output does not constitute medical, health, financial, or legal advice.
You agree not to use RepFlowAi to: send unsolicited bulk messages or otherwise breach anti-spam or marketing law; upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; make health, medical, or income claims you cannot substantiate; impersonate others; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the rules of any platform (e.g. Facebook, Telegram) and of any distribution company whose products you promote.
RepFlowAi is a tool. We do not promise any level of leads, sales, income, or business results, and nothing in the service is medical, health, financial, or legal advice. Any examples are illustrative, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
The service relies on third-party systems (for example hosting, email delivery, AI providers, and messaging platforms such as Telegram and Facebook/Meta). Their availability, terms, and scope are outside our control and may change or be discontinued at any time. Resulting limitations of the service do not constitute a defect in our performance. See our Privacy Policy for the providers that process personal data.
RepFlowAi, its software, and its branding remain our property. You keep ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (for example, to generate content and deliver messages on your behalf). You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and may temporarily restrict access for that purpose. This does not apply to the availability of third-party systems (section 9).
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on which you may regularly rely), and such liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using RepFlowAi at any time. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and material updates will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Landshut.
